Performance:

1. Basic material is copper clad steel, the copper thickness cannot less than 10% radius of the steel wire. The characteristic of the wire is according to ASTM B452 grade 40A (40% conductivity, annealed, resistance≤0.04397Ωmm²/m).

2. Annealed CCS conductor is 40A grade, thickness of silver plating can be changed base on customer’s requirement. No need to test for continuity and compactness of plating when the thickness of sliver plating is less than 1.2μm.
